Australian Barge Hire (ABH) own and operate a fleet of purpose built modular jack up barges and support vessels that are chartered out by clients to provide a range of overwater access solutions.
Jack up barge means the barge can be elevated out of the water above waves and tidal movements providing a safe and stable platform for working.
Modular construction means the barges can be transported by road or vessel anywhere in the Asia Pacific and assembled with a suitable capacity crane.
Our barges are utilised in a range of marine environments which include nearshore, rivers, bridges, estuaries, dams, ports and marinas. The purpose built ABH fleet of barges and vessels has proven successful in its ability to serve a wide range of client requirements over a wide range of marine environments.
