The level of communication and support during the website development was very professional which has given me a high level of confidence in what to expect in on-going support and website management. Creating a new website from scratch isn't the easiest of jobs for a business owner, but Gaby, Carla, Sam and co from 5x5 provide plenty of structure and guidance. They're quick and responsive but patient too. Design is also great - my new site looks fresh and modern.
